What is the difference betweeen Coaching and Psychotherapy?
In brief: Coaching is a consulting service which offers support for questions and problems which arise on the job, in your work situation.Psychotherapy is a term for all forms of psychological methods which treat psychological and psychosomatic illness, suffering and behavioral disfunctions without the use of medication
How many Coaching sessions will I need?
It depends on the complexity of the situation you want to work with.In a preliminary consultation we clarify the problem you need help with and formulate a clear goal you want to work towards to. Then we start the Coaching process itself which normally takes three to six sessions.
