Gestalt therapy is one of the most popular forms of humanistic psychotherapy. The word "Gestalt" refers to the meaningful, complete pattern. Gestalt therapy works holistically and treats human beings as intelligent, social individuals with the potential for creative solutions, inner growth and happiness.

This approach supports you in making contact with yourself and others by feeling, expessing, sensing and perceiving yourself more fully. Greater awareness of self and other is considered an important prerequisite for change.

Working with a Gestalt therapist offers you the unique experience of exploring new ways of being in your life through authentic, nonjudgmental dialogue, combined with a focus on present experience, body awareness and curious self-discovery. All sessions are being held in a confidential and safe space.

Nonverbal and creative ways of expression such as body language, dreams, visualizations, drawing, biographical work and role play allows a process of deep healing and lasting change to occur.
